Ingredients

• 600g thick Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 150g strawberries, sliced
• 100g blueberries

Method

   Line a tray with baking paper.

   Stir the yoghurt with the honey and vanilla.

   Spread it about 1cm thick across the tray.

   Press the berries into the surface.

   Freeze 4 hours, then snap into shards. Keep frozen.
